The October update for Xbox Series X consoles brings the long-awaited Ultra HD 4K interface, already in testing for a few months.
Night mode and blue light filter
Previously the interface was in 1080p and owners of UHD 4K screens can now enjoy sharper images and more readable text. Note also the arrival of a Night mode, allowing to adjust the brightness of the screen as well as to add a filter to the blue light, considered as harmful by some studies. The power button and the light on the joypad can also be adjusted to create, for example, perfect darkness during a game or playing a movie.
Finally, the update offers quick access to settings via the Guide button on the controller, allowing you to quickly activate or deactivate several accessibility options without digging into the menus.
