According to the latest figures from the firm International Data Corporation (IDC), the global tablet market has returned to normal after record growth in 2020 and 2021. Indeed, people stuck at home due to confinements had thrown themselves on iPads and other tablets to work or take your mind off things at home.

In the first quarter of 2022, 38.4 million tablets were sold worldwide, i.e. 3.9% less than in the same period last year (see table above).
