Apple produces foldable screens?

For a probable future iPhone or iPad, Apple is already producing foldable OLED screens.

According to the Korean media The Elec, Apple is in the process of developing OLED screens without polarizers, an element allowing light to pass only in certain directions, improving the readability of the screen.

Screen made in Apple for foldable iPhone/iPad?

Polarization films have the disadvantage of reducing screen brightness, and manufacturers usually compensate by increasing the current sent to the screen, but reducing its lifespan. With this element less, Apple's screens will be thinner and therefore perfect for being foldable and therefore integrated into a foldable iPhone, or even a foldable iPad, products already mentioned in previous rumors. For reference, Samsung already uses OLED screens without polarizers for its Galaxy Z Fold 3 foldable smartphone.
