Box Pathé 14 films Alain Delon, tribute to a living legend

Blu-Ray or DVD, this 14-film Alain Delon box set is bound to be ultra-seductive. Released next October 4 by Pathé.

The photographer Jean-Marie Perrier has often recounted the shock caused by the very young Alain Delon in the street on his return from Indochina. Passers-by, dazed by so much splendor, stopped short in their tracks to watch the wild animal with the steely eyes pass by.

The lone wolf and his dogs

Summarizing Delon has a physique would of course be a challenge. In his film made in 2015, entitled Alain Delon, un grand portrait (90'), Philippe Kohly came back to this young lone wolf who will end up making the greatest crack (Visconti, Clément, Deray, Melville, Verneuil...) and who lives today recluse in his property of Douchy in the Loiret, surrounded by his pack of dogs and in all likelihood prey to the tyranny of a companion (Hiromi Rolin) who would have ended up isolating him from his relatives. His three children, who filed a complaint a few days ago for moral harassment and abuse of weakness, managed to get him to leave the premises.

The beating, always

Everything finally seems to be calm again in Douchy and in the life of Delon, 86 films on the clock in 60 years of career. A living legend who well deserved an XXL box containing The Cheetah, The Samurai, Slowly the bass, The Professor, Big Guns, Two men in the city, Borsalino & co, Cop Story, The gang, Death of a rotten, The doctor , Three Men to Kill, For the Skin of a Cop, and Beating Him.
