Hotel Burdigala Bordeaux, exclusive 5-star cinema

There were cinemas, then Home Cinema, and now a sort of in-between in an exclusive and luxury version. It takes place in Bordeaux in a historic hotel which has just been renovated. 20 places, no more, in a dream setting for a calm and delicious session.

All lined with thick, cozy carpets and enhanced with beautiful blue velvet seats that we imagine are super soft, the mini cinema at the Burdigala in Bordeaux (20 seats) has just opened its doors after a complete renovation. The historic hotel becomes a cinema hotel, a place of life and culture for locals and tourists alike.

Cine night at the Burdigala in Bordeaux££££

It is now possible to have a look in Bordeaux in a 5-star hotel every Thursday and Sunday evening for a simple session around a good film (the first screenings played Forrest Gump, Inception, Pulp Fiction, Mamma Mia, Le grand bain) and a meal tray including one drink per person (soft drink, beer or glass of wine ), a cone of popcorn and a board per person (Bayonne ham and sheep's cheese). Price of the session: €35 (€25 for children).

For those with a sweet tooth, an offer of €60 allows you to discuss the film over a good meal at the hotel restaurant, Madame B. Another way to rewatch your favorite films or even celebrate events in cinephile mode since the place can also be privatized for a special occasion. Address of the Burdigala hotel: 115 Rue Georges Bonnac, 33000 Bordeaux. And for the record, Burdigala is the old name of Bordeaux, meaning “sheltered by the marshes” in proto-Basque.
