First French series on MMA: Franck Gastambide's cage finally dated

Close to the world of MMA (for Mixed Martial Arts) for about ten years, we recently saw him commentating the UFC Paris 20024 on RMC Sport. But Franck Gastambide has above all filmed his own series on MMA, soberly entitled La cage. It will be broadcast on November 8 on Netflix.

Will Franck Gastambide be able to renew himself after the success of Validé and immerse himself in the world of free fight as another MMA figure in the USA, the former fighter turned actor Frank Grillo, did so well with the excellent and too little-known series Kingdom?

Based above all on strong characters, very immersive credible fights and a solid cast, Kingdom was magnificently carried by Frank Grillo, Matt Lauria, Jonathan Tucker, Nick Jonas and Joanna Going.

The cage will welcome an MMA legend, Georges Saint-Pierre, who will play an important role. But also Ciryl Gane, Saladine Parnasse, Morgan Charrière, Abdoul Abdouraguimov, Taylor Lapilus, Ramzan Jembiev, Anissa Meksen, Bilel Jkitou, Souleymane Cissokho and Samy Sana.

The short synopsis states: "A young fighter who dreams of going pro struggles to get noticed, until an unexpected fight projects him into the limelight." The 5 45-minute episodes directed by Franck Gastambide and David Krespine will be available on November 8. A few set photos have been revealed. And for the moment, it makes you want to watch it.
