A Quiet Place: Day 1, New York Like You've Never Heard It Before

Gone is the forest of the first two films, the A Quiet Place film franchise moves to New York, a city naturally so noisy that it could only attract these aliens hyper-reactive to decibels to Earth. 4K release imminent.

John Krasinski, the screenwriter and director of the first two films (A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place 2), this time leaves the stage to Michael Sarnoski (Pig) for this uneven prequel that takes place before the events surrounding the Abbott family, on the first day of the alien beasts' attack on Earth.

Lupita Nyong'o (Us) literally carries the film on her shoulders. With her cat, she will cross paths with Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things), Alex Wolff (Hereditary) and Djimon Hounsou. A dive into a world reduced to silence that opens on a sadly referential cloud of ash. And undoubtedly the opportunity to appreciate high-level special effects, transcended in 4K by a powerful HDR Dolby Vision. Release of A Quiet Place: Day 1 4K at Paramount in a few days, on October 24.
