Disney shakes up its calendar with Blade and Predator in it!

Disney has shaken up its release schedule with several changes at Marvel.

We've been expecting it for a long time, but it's finally official: Marvel Studios' Blade reboot will not be released on November 7, 2025 as announced. At the same time, with no director and no announced start date for filming, nothing good was predicted in the short term. The only thing that's certain today is that Eric Pearson is still working on the film's script.

This now vacant spot will be filled by Predator: Badlands directed by Dan Tratechenberg, who was also responsible for Prey, which was released directly on Hulu and Disney+. The lead role in this new outgrowth in the Predator universe will be played by Elle Fanning.

Note that in 2025, three MCU films are still scheduled in the USA with Captain America: Brave New World in February, Thunderbolts in May and Fantastic Four: First Steps in July.
