CES 25 > Cocktail of Woled and QD Oled panels for Samsung S90F TVs

After our news on the next Samsung S95F Oled TV series (see our CES 25 news > Samsung S95 Oled QD TV: 4,000 nits in view), here's the Samsung S90F Oled TV series, the announced replacement for the Samsung S90D (pictured above) 2024 vintage.

The 2025 Samsung S90F TVs, like the 2024 S90D models, will be available in sizes from 48" (122 cm) to 83" (211 cm). And as with the latter, in almost all countries on the European continent (except the United Kingdom, according to the latest news), the nature of the Oled panels depending on their diagonal will be identical in 2025 to 2024.

Thus, the 48", 55" (140 cm), 77" (196 cm) and 83" models will have a Woled panel from LG Display, while the 65" (165 cm) will have a QD Oled panel. Another development of the Samsung S90F series planned, at the time of writing, compared to the Samsung S90D, is the anti-reflective coating of the screens. This should be directly derived from the S95F, knowing that the latter would see last year's Glare Free technology given way to a new exclusive process called FlatBright. If an anti-reflective coating is confirmed for the S95F 2025 televisions, its FlatBright evolution and its use on the S90F remain to be confirmed.
