Corroborating his own indiscretions from a few weeks ago, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg (via Phone Arena) reaffirms that Apple will integrate a blood pressure measurement function on the Apple Watch of the fall of 2025, certainly the Apple Watch 11 and Ultra 3.

The company has been working on the subject for several years, and many technical challenges had to be overcome to finalize the functionality. Note that it will not allow an absolute measurement of the tension but will follow the variations compared to a base value in order to detect hypertension, displaying a notification in this case. Let us recall that hypertension can eventually lead to serious heart conditions and that it has the particularity of being imperceptible in most cases, remaining difficult to detect oneself.
