Launched in 2022 in a Black Silver or glossy black shade, the Bathys headphones by Focal returned a year later in Dune (beige). Today, it further asserts its presence with a new Deep Black finish for deep black.

Compatible [abc]Bluetooth[/abc] 5.1 multipoint with management of SBC, AAC, APT-X and APT-X Adaptive codecs, the Bathys headphones are a [abc]Hi-Fi[/abc] Bluetooth model with active noise reduction. In addition to wireless sources, the headphones have a wired mode with [abc]USB[/abc] Dac mode for resolution up to 192 kHz/24 bits. For this purpose, two cables are provided: 1.2 m mini-Jack and 1.2 meter USB-C.
On the sound side, we note speakers made in France in Saint-Étienne equipped with a 40 mm aluminum/magnesium M-profile dome. For noise reduction, two modes are available: Silent for loud ambient noise (plane, train, etc.) and Soft for concentration at home or in the office. A Transparency mode is available to perceive your environment. The same goes for the Clear Voice Capture process for always intelligible telephone conversations. The Focal Bathys Dune also has a total of eight microphones.

With the Focal Bathys headphones, comfort is also a given thanks to memory foam ear cushions covered in leather. The steel/aluminum headband is also gloved in genuine leather. The Focal Bathys Dune is controlled via the Focal & Naim application or using the buttons located below the right earpiece. Lastly, it is possible to illuminate the Focal logo, the small flame on the sides of the earpieces. It is also worth mentioning the integrated Alexa voice assistant and the Works with Hey Google certification. Battery life is finally more than 30 hours and fast charging offers 5 additional hours of listening time for 15 minutes of charging.
