OK, for 8.3 million euros, the very brown decor (they call it "Mediterranean style" there) won't appeal to everyone, but the generous and well-appointed spaces can convince you of the immense potential of this house above all thought for the reception and the relaxation.
Terraces, balconies, garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, brazier, XXL dressing room, double spiral staircase, interior lift and of course a little dated Home Cinema with its rustic but harshly welcoming woodwork, everything is there. The large sofas of the latter (still brown, decidedly) sound like a call for total relaxation in front of the great Hollywood classics.
