Based on a patent filed by OnePlus in 2020 and recently published, the Dutch site Let's Go Digital illustrated an idea for a smartphone that may be in development at the Chinese manufacturer.
Huge and unique photo/video sensor
The device is distinguished by its unique photo sensor on the back, a huge module for a design that is reminiscent of the old Nokia Lumia 1020. This main and unique sensor pivots independently via a magnetic system, limiting the tremors that can often spoil videos captured on smartphones.
Photo quality lens
Such a large sensor allows more light to pass through, greatly improving image quality, including depth of field, low-light shots, and even high-speed photography.
