Xiaomi has confirmed the presentation of the new Mi Mix 4 smartphone on August 10, one day before the Samsung Unpacked event.

This model is supposed to be the first from the Chinese manufacturer to offer an invisible selfie camera, since it is integrated behind the screen. On the other hand, what we never suspected was the position of this camera. According to this image (see below) leaked by the Chinese site ITHome, the camera will be positioned not at the top of the screen as is always the case, but in the very center of it. Perhaps there is a technical advantage to this placement?

As a reminder, the Mi Mix series is known for its technological advances, in particular for maximizing the size of the screen, with for example the superfine edges of the first two models and the retractable upper module of the Mi Mix 3.
