If rumors see Sonos ever offering its first headphones, the multiroom speaker specialist could start with True Wireless headphones. As proof, a patent filed by the brand in June 2020 and published last February (spotted by zatznotfunny), describing several designs of audio headphones as well as their chargers.
Design and functionalities to stand out from the competition?
Among the models illustrated, the one below attracts by its originality with headphones that fit conveniently and asymmetrically into their charging case. Faced with the competition, Sonos seems to be exploring a visual that would allow the brand and its product to stand out. As for the functionalities, we imagine that such headphones will integrate the advances of the latest Sonos Roam speaker, the brand's first model to be used outdoors.
