And it is clear that all the protagonists of the series, whom we have known with their baby faces or almost, have grown up well.
What do the new kids look like?
Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin and Millie Bobby Brown, the very young actors of the past, are now teenagers. We also discover on the pictures unveiled by Netflix new protagonists: Joseph Quinn (Game of Thrones), Eduardo Franco (American Vandal, Booksmart) and Jamie Campbell Bower (Sweeney Todd). Not to mention the highly anticipated return of David Harbour.
The new season of Ross and Matt Duffer's series will land on Netflix in two separate parts: a first burst of episodes on May 27, then a second on July 1. And we already know that the next season, the fifth of the series, will also be the last.
