At the heart of this new model is an Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor (1 x 3.19 GHz Cortex-X2 + 3 x 2.75 GHz Cortex-A710 + 4 x 1.80 GHz Cortex-A510) engraved in 4 nm, supported by an Adreno 670 graphics chip, 12 GB of Ram and 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of Flash memory (still no micro-SD memory card reader to extend the memory). There is also a 4,400 mAh battery, the fast charge function (25 W) and wireless charging compatibility (15 W).

On the camera side, the Galaxy Fold 4 evolves compared to its predecessor and has three sensors on the back: 50 Mpxls wide-angle (f / 2.8, 24 mm, photosite 1 µm, Dual Pixel PDAF, stabilized) 12 Mpxls ultra-wide-angle (f / 2.2, 12 mm, photosite 1.12 µm) and 10 Mpxls telephoto (f / 2.4, 67 mm, photosite 1 µm, Dual Pixel PDAF, stabilized, 3x optical zoom). Plus two sensors for selfies, a 10 Mpxls wide-angle located at the top of the outer screen (f / 2.2, 24 mm, photosite 1.22 µm) + a 4 Mpxls under the main flexible screen (f / 2.8, 26 mm, photosite 2 µm).
For video, recording is guaranteed up to Ultra HD 4K at 60 fps or 1080p at up to 240 frames per second or 720p at 960 frames per second. For their part, the selfie cameras provide up to UHD 4K at 30 frames per second.

Let's not forget to remember the practical side of the Galaxy Z Fold 4, as big as an iPad Mini tablet once unfolded but which, folded, keeps a small footprint. On the screen side, there is a main Oled 7.6 '' (19.3 cm), HDR10 + specimen with a resolution of 1,812 x 2,176 pixels (373 ppi) and a refresh rate of 120 hertz. The exterior screen (6.2'' for 15.74 cm), also OLED obedience with a 23.1/9 ratio and equipped with a 120 Hz display, displays a resolution of 904 x 2,316 pixels.

On the connection side, there is a USB-C port, a fingerprint sensor (on the side), a GPS and Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 APT-X HD compatibility. Finally on the menu, the Android 12 operating system and IPX8 certification (sealing guaranteed at 2 m depth for 30 minutes). The colors expected for this new model are black, anthracite and ivory. Also of note, compatibility with the S Pen stylus, a specific case for the Z Fold 4 to accommodate the stylus is announced.
