Huawei is the only manufacturer in the Top 5 to observe a drop in distribution between the second quarters of 2020 and 2021 , showing that the fate of its connected watches is closely linked to that of its smartphones, also on the decline following the ban imposed by the Trump administration (and continued by the Biden government) on American companies to trade with the manufacturer Chinese.
