Presented last year at CES 2022 under the name Hisense U9H, the Hisense UX series (for Uled X) is changing moderately in terms of technical specifications. On the other hand, it is expanding since the 85'' (216 cm) is accompanied by a 65'' (165 cm) model.
Hisense UX, main specs
Based on Ultra HD 4K, the backlighting system has 5,000 independent zones and 10,000 diodes, a promise of extremely fine management of contrast and brightness, for a light peak announced at 2,500 nits. All with QLED (Quantum Dots) sauce for beautiful color accuracy.
In terms of functionality, FilmMaker Mode is included in addition to HDR10+ and the Dolby Vision IQ function. Imax Enhanced certification is also required. We should also point out the Hi-View Engine X video processing, a native 144 Hz LCD panel, the Game Pro mode associated with 4K/120 compatibility, ALLM, VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro compatibility, Ultra HD Premium certification and compensation for movement MEMC.
Smart TV and connectivity
Last precision, Hisense UX TVs integrate the Google TV Smart TV function with access to Canal+, Netflix, Salto, Disney+… streaming applications. Last precision, the Wi-Fi 6e and Bluetooth functions are obviously required.
