First, keep in mind that the PX1-Pro is part of the Laser Cinema family (like the Hisense PL1) and not Laser TV. Indeed, it is marketed without a DVB-T2, DVB-C2/DVB-S tuner, so it cannot directly replace a television set.
Hisense PX1-Pro Cinema Laser, HDR10+ on the program
If the Hisense PX1-Pro already caught your eye, here is an additional argument that could end up convincing you. While only the management of HDR10 and HDR Dolby Vision technologies was on the menu of this Laser TV during its presentation, HDR10+ is finally also part of the party. The Hisense PX1-Pro is however not officially certified, but believe us, it decodes the dynamic metadata of an HDR10+ signal well to display the images exactly like a broadcaster with the official label. Damn good news.
Hisense PX1-Pro Cinema Laser, 7th art lens
That's good because, as a reminder, with its surname, the Hisense PX1-Pro announced the color: to seduce Home Cinema enthusiasts of a large quality image to satisfy their passion for the 7th art (note also the presence of Filmmaker Mode and MEMC motion compensation). However, some technical characteristics of the product marketed in France differ from those announced during its presentation in Las Vegas. Let's go for an update…
Hisense PX1-Pro Cinema Laser Main Specifications
The Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema incorporates most of the technical characteristics of the Hisense TriChroma Laser TV models, namely: Ultra HD 4K definition, HDR Dolby Vision, HDR10 and therefore HDR10+ compatibility, 107% coverage of the Rec. 2020 (more or less what the human eye sees) and X-Fusion Laser Light Engine module, exclusive to the brand and based on a triple RGB laser.
Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Cinema Laser, 90'' to 130'' image
Precisely, the Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema offers a large, even very large diagonal image, i.e. from 90'' (229 cm) to 130'' (330 cm), always for a few tens of centimeters back. And for an image that is always detailed and precise, the Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema features a motorized and digital focus.
On the Smart TV side, the European version of the Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema is equipped with Android TV.
Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Cinema Laser, peak light at 2200 lumens
For the rest, the Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema incorporates a TI DLP chip with a response time of 32 µs, which is 500 times faster than an LCD TV and displays a peak light output of 3,000 lumens. Please note, unlike the Hisense Laser TV references, there is no screen provided here. It's up to you to combine it with a classic canvas or a specific Fresnel-type canvas (see photo below), whose particularity is to absorb the ambient light to make room for the projected image.

Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Cinema Laser, connectors and audio
On the connection side, there are two HDMI 2.0, two HDMI 2.1 inputs with eARC and ALLM compatibility and an Ethernet port. Namely, these are not 4K/120 compatible but only 4K/60, too bad for owners of PS5 and/or Xbox Series X, they will not be able to fully exploit the capabilities of their new generation home console. We also notice a Composite input, a stereo RCA output, an optical output, two USB ports (including one 3.0).
Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Cinema Laser, sound section
The sound section of the Hisense PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema should, obedience 2.0, deliver a maximum power of 30 W (2 x 15 W). Dolby Atmos compatibility is there.
