The fifth and final season of Stranger Things is coming. When ? Nobody knows, although we expect a release in 2024 at the latest. But Netflix's money-making phenomenon isn't going to stop there. In line with side projects already announced last year, the platform announces a new spin off of its flagship series: a cartoon set in the same universe.
The adventure continues in Saturday morning mode
The series is produced and written by the Duffer brothers -creators of Stranger Things- alongside Eric Robles who already has some experience in animation (Fanboy & Chum Chum, Glitch Techs…). "We've always dreamed of an animated version of Stranger Things in the style of the Saturday morning cartoons we loved as kids, and seeing that dream come true has been absolutely thrilling," the Duffer Brothers said. We're blown away by what Eric and his team have created, the storylines and art are amazing, and we can't wait to share more with you! The adventure goes on ".
