Imagined by Noé Debré (Dheepan, Problemos, Le Brio, Le monde est à toi) and filmed in the real European Parliament in Strasbourg, Parliament (or Parliament abroad) therefore returns for a much-awaited third era, which will be presented to the profession and especially internationally in Biarritz on September 4, in the presence of Noé Debré and the actor Xavier Lacaille.
