The Sothebys auction house is selling (but not auctioning) a Collector's piece that should interest wealthy Apple fans.
Apple sneakers signed Omega Sports
This pair of sneakers manufactured by Omega Sports and stamped with the brand's logo -vintage version with the rainbow apple-, is part of an exclusive series offered to Apple employees who took part in a business conference at mid 90s.
New Apple sneakers, never worn
For as little as $50,000, you can get “one of the most obscure objects in existence, highly coveted on the resale market,†says Sothebys. These sports shoes have never been worn, showing only signs of wear and yellowing due to their natural aging. For the size, it's 43.5 and in terms of style, it's still much nicer (but less rare and therefore less expensive) than Steve Jobs' old sandals.
