What does the movie The Creator say?
The official synopsis states: “In the near future, humans and artificial intelligence (AI) are waging a merciless war. Joshua, a former special forces agent weakened by the disappearance of his wife, is recruited to track down and neutralize the Creator, the elusive architect of an advanced AI behind a weapon that could end the war …and destroy all of humanity. With the help of a unit of elite agents, Joshua crosses enemy lines and enters the heart of their dangerous territory. He will soon discover that the deadly weapon he is charged with destroying is none other than a superior artificial intelligence which has taken on the features of a young child.

Directed by Gareth Edwards (Rogue One, Monsters), The Creator already looks like a thrill-fest and ambitious sequences unlike any other. The story was imagined by Gareth Edwards himself and co-written by Chris Weitz, already co-writer of Rogue One. In the cast, John David Washington (Tenet), Gemma Chan (The Eternals), Ken Watanabe (Inception), Allison Janney (I, Tonya), Sturgill Simpson (Killers of the Flower Moon) and the young Madeleine Yuna Voyles, who will be first appearance on screen.
The Creator will be released in theaters in France on September 27.
