On the occasion of the AI Safety Summit at the end of October, Elon Musk (Tesla, SpaceX, X, Starlink, Neuralink, xAI…) spoke with Rishi Sunak - British Prime Minister - about artificial intelligence (AI). Among the topics covered, the work of humans which, according to him, could one day be made obsolete by AI tools.

Something smarter than smartest human
"I think what we're seeing here is the most disruptive force in history, where we'll have for the first time something more intelligent than the smartest human," Musk said. It's hard to say exactly when, but there will come a time when no jobs are needed. You can work if you want... but AI will be able to do everything."
However, Musk is not particularly thrilled about this possible prospect, he suggests that AI is a double-edged sword . We also remember that at the beginning of the year he co-signed an open letter to slow down and regulate developments around AI.
