The information came during a Sony presentation in Japan, the TV division of the Japanese manufacturer will once again skip the CES show in Las Vegas 2024 which will be held from January 9 to 12.
CES Las Vegas 2024, of the same ilk as the 2023 edition?
Like last year, the brand plans to present its new TVs in early 2024 with an embargo at the end of winter/early spring. This, once again, foreshadows a CES show in Las Vegas 2024 lacking in audio-video announcements. If TCL, as usual, focuses its announcements on its US TV range relatively different from that planned in Europe, if as usual Panasonic focuses only on its xZ2000 TV series, if as usual the audio sector deserts the Las Vegas show again... In short, if CES 2024 turns out to be of the same ilk as CES 2023 (see our CES 23 news > CES 2023 review, Las Vegas Paradox), the journalists that we are risk this year also touring the stands in a few hours and finally becoming more bored than necessary...
