In October, this federal agency established that Apple was violating the patents of the medical company Masimo (also owner of Denon and Marantz) concerning blood oxygen sensors.

More precisely, the Apple site stopped selling the incriminated watches from December 21, and Apple stores will do so from the 24th. Note that the decision only concerns Apple and that Americans will still be able to buy their Apple Watch from distributors like Amazon.
