Nintendo would have recently briefed video game publishers to announce that the console would finally be released in the first quarter of 2025. Reason given, to have a stronger catalog of games - notably developed by Nintendo itself - for the launch of the machine. With this delay, Nintendo will also have a better chance of making the current Switch the best-selling console of all time.
