Knowing that a competitor already in place -but less known- like Oura sells around a million units per year, Samsung hopes for grace and its popularity will easily sell 500,000 in 2024. In addition, given the technological simplicity of the Galaxy Ring, the Korean manufacturer can very quickly launch new productions to increase its availability on the market.
The Elec adds that the Galaxy Ring is expected to be announced in July 2024 alongside Samsung's new foldable smartphones, for an August launch.
