Hisense UXN TV: Mini LED 75''/98''/110'', Dolby Atmos FlexConnect, up to 40,000 zones and 10,000 nits

The Hisense UXN Mini LED TV references presented at the CES show in Las Vegas 2024 last January will complement the 65UX and 85UX models already marketed in France, but not before the last quarter. Please note, the references of the 65''/85'' already available bear the suffix UXKQ while the next 75'', 98'' and 110'' will be labeled UXNQ. The first corresponds to the 2023 vintage, the second to 2024.

The Hisense UX TV series will therefore ultimately have five references, the Hisense 65UXKQ (65'', 165 cm), Hisense 75UXNQ (75'', 191 cm), Hisense 85UXKQ (85'', 219 cm), Hisense 98UXNQ ( 98', 249 cm, see photo below) and Hisense 110UXNQ (110'', 279 cm). Of course, the specifications of the UXKQ specimens (to be discovered by clicking on the links above) differ from those of the UXNQ listed below, for the simple reason that the latter will benefit from the latest developments in this area.

Hisense 110UXNQ Mini LED TV, up to 40,000 zones and 10,000 nits££££

Mini LED Ultra HD 4K model, the Hisense 110UXNQ specimen is therefore the standard bearer of the Hisense range. It explodes all the meters with 40,000 zones and 10,000 nits! In terms of colorimetry, it's not bad either with 95% coverage of the Rec.2020 gamut. The manufacturer explains this success by advanced Quantum Dots nanocrystal technology. Another advantage of this Hisense 110UXNQ diffuser is an extremely efficient anti-reflective coating called “Obsidian Black” (reflectance rate announced at 1.28%).

Hisense 98UXNQ Mini LED TV, up to 10,000 zones and 5,000 nits££££

Mini LED Ultra HD 4K model still, the Hisense 98UXNQ specimen (see left on the photo below) is certainly less impressive than the Hisense 110UXNQ, it nevertheless occupies a special place in the very closed circle of screens with premium specifications. The manufacturer announces 10,000 zones for a light peak of 5,000 nits. In terms of colorimetry, it's not bad either with 90% coverage of the Rec.2020 gamut. Another advantage of this Hisense UXNQ diffuser is an extremely high-performance anti-reflective coating called “Obsidian Black” (reflectance rate announced at 1.28%).

Hisense 75UXNQ Mini LED TV, up to 5,000 zones and 14 mm thick££££

Mini LED Ultra HD 4K model again, the Hisense 75UXNQ specimen has “only” 5,000 zones, which still places it among the best broadcasters on the market. No information, however, about its brightness, but the latter should display between 1,500 nits and 2,000 nits. The Hisense 75UXN, on the other hand, has a unique feature within the Hisense TV range, it is the only one with the Super Slim UX label (see photo below) for a minimal screen thickness of 14 millimeters. In terms of colorimetry, it's not bad either with 90% coverage of the Rec.2020 gamut. Another advantage of this Hisense UXN diffuser is an extremely high-performance anti-reflective coating called “Obsidian Black” (reflectance rate announced at 1.28%).

Hisense UXNQ Mini LED TV, video specifications££££

Hisense UXN televisions are equipped with a native 120 Hz wide-angle ADS LCD panel (a variation of IPS technology but with significantly better contrast). vision, particularly effective in curbing the Blooming phenomenon (halo of light visible on luminous objects or subtitles on a black background). The definition of the panel is Ultra HD 4K or 8K depending on the market (UXN TVs intended for China will adopt a UHD 8K panel). The processor on board the 98'' and 110'', called Hi-View Engine MEMC motion compensation and Dolby Vision HDR, up to 120 Hz for video games, are of course required. The same goes for the ALLM, VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium functions. Finally, these televisions benefit from sophisticated artificial intelligence algorithms such as AI Contrast or AI Depth to display an image that is always perfectly defined.

Hisense UXNQ Mini LED TV, audio specifications££££
