Toy specialist Spin Master has teamed up with Sony Interactive for The Shapes Collection range inspired by the most popular PlayStation Studios games.

Already available on PlayStation Gear, the first item in this collection is a 15 cm figurine of Aloy, flamboyant heroine from the game Horizon Forbidden West. Next will come Kratos and Atreus from God of War Ragnarök, Varl from Horizon Forbidden West and Jin Sakai from Ghost of Tsushima, for pre-order from July 15 (shipped in September).
Accompanied by interchangeable accessories, the figures have many points of articulation to make them take the poses you want.

«It was a real pleasure to collaborate with Spin Master on the Aloy and Varl figurines, says Arno Schmitz, lead character artist at development studio Guerrilla. They're inspired by the digital sculptures we used for the game, and it really shows in the final product. We wanted the many points of articulation to be consistent and the finer structural details to be visible on the figures. Our favorite part was being able to come up with different facial expressions for Aloy. With multiple points of articulation, this figure can be posed in a variety of ways. In addition, the technique used for coloring the faces allowed us to guarantee a high level of resemblance, which was essential and reinforces the appeal aroused by these figurines.
