iPhone SE (2025), production imminent

The next first-price iPhone is becoming clearer and should arrive in early 2025, three years after its predecessor which appeared in 2022.

After years of rumors about a fourth generation of iPhone SE, it seems that Apple's component suppliers are in the starting blocks, for production to begin this October.

In any case, this is what the site The Information reports, often informed about behind the scenes of Asian factories. With production around this time, the iPhone SE should be ready for release in March, the usual launch month for the previous three versions of the range. As for the specifics of the device, rumors currently predict that it would borrow the design codes of the iPhone 14 but with the Dynamic Island function, therefore no notch at the top of the screen. The rear camera module would adopt a vertical layout, as for the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus.

The 6.1" (15.5 cm) screen would be of [abc]Oled[/abc] technology and would replace the [abc]LCD[/abc], until now reserved for the SE range. We should also find in the device a Bionic A16 processor (iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max), an [abc]USB[/abc]-C port plus the [abc]Wi-Fi[/abc] 6 and [abc] certifications Bluetooth[/abc] 5.3.
