With a distribution of 400,000 units at launch, Samsung remained cautious for the arrival of its brand new product, the Galaxy Ring connected ring. But according to the Korean media The Elec, the manufacturer has revised its copy upwards following the success of reservations, particularly in China.

Demand would indeed be much greater than the Korean manufacturer had imagined, to the point that Samsung decided to launch 600,000 additional units on production lines. Thus, in the best case scenario, the Galaxy Ring could sell nearly 1 million copies before the end of its first year of marketing. For comparison, the pioneer Oura, which launched its ring in 2017, only recently reached such a sales figure.
