The Terminator returns in 4K for its 40th anniversary

That's how we like it: powerful, all chest out, red eyes and a mean look. The Terminator is back for its 40th anniversary in a restored version. The new theatrical release of James Cameron's film, supported by a new poster, is already official abroad. Suffice to say that the brand new 4K edition is almost already here.

Forty years after its release in 1984, Terminator will be back after a 4K restoration that will undoubtedly make a big splash, given that T2's restoration divided opinions (at the editorial office, we had approved, period, see Terminator 2 4K).

Some theaters have already scheduled it (since July 25 in the United States and Canada), others will do so from August 30 (United Kingdom and Ireland). In any case, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton should be making an impression on the retina by the end of the year in France (no specific date announced to date).
