Through the first two photos revealed, we discover the newcomers in the franchise: Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey and Mahershala Ali. It should be noted that the film is still being filmed and that Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Rupert Friend, Luna Blaise, David Iacono and Audrina Miranda are also part of the cast.
Gareth Edwards at the helm££££
On the screenplay side, David Koepp, author of Jurassic Park and its sequel The Lost World: Jurassic Park, has been hired to write this new film supposed to be a launching pad for the new "Jurassic era" which will not see any of the previous characters return to the franchise.
In another bit of good news, Gareth Edwards (The Creator, Godzilla, Rogue One) is directing the film, which has already been filmed in Thailand and is still underway in Malta, before wrapping in the UK around mid-October. Theatrical release scheduled for July 2, 2025.
