Just a few days after the announcement of the very American Atari 7800+, this time it is a retro machine linked to the European territory that will also soon be arriving.
The Spectrum, revival of the 80s££££
The Spectrum is in reality a modernized version of the 8-bit ZX Spectrum computer released in 1982. In the form of a keyboard faithful to the original model, it connects in [abc]HDMI[/abc] for a resolution [abc]720p[/abc] and runs at 50 Hz or 60 hertz. For the record, it is one of the three 8-bit computers that were kings of sales during the 80s on the old continent, alongside the Commodore 64 (which already benefits from its retro version by the same company) and the Amstrad CPC (which worked very well in France).
The Spectrum, 48 games included££££
Emulating the 48 and 128 models of the ZX Spectrum, The Spectrum includes 48 vintage games with the modern convenience of being able to save your game via four slots, and to go back up to 40 seconds, an essential criterion given the difficulty of the titles of the time. It is also possible to run the games that you "own" through a [abc]USB[/abc] key thanks to compatibility with several file types (TAP/TZX/PZX/SZX/Z80/SNA). Also noteworthy, four USB-A ports to connect controllers, sold separately.
Availability of The Spectrum announced for November 22 (click on the link to pre-order). Recommended price: 99.99 euros.
