Nintendo Switch 2 leaked images and specifications

No mercy in the production plants of Nintendo's new console where a Switch 2 frame has already been photographed.

While Nintendo's new console could be announced this month, leaked photos from the Chinese production lines have recently surfaced on local social media (via VGC).

These images, authenticated by multiple sources, show that the Switch 2 looks a lot like the previous version, except for a larger 8" (20.32 cm) screen instead of 6.2" (15.75 cm), and magnetically detachable JoyCon controllers (as predicted in previous rumors). We can also see larger SL/SR buttons on the controllers, as well as an [abc]LED[/abc] on their face.

Nintendo Switch 2, connectivity and storage££££

The console itself has [abc]USB[/abc]-C ports on the top and bottom. The leak also comes with some technical details: 12 GB RAM (4 GB for the first Switch), 256 GB storage capacity (32 GB previously), [abc]HDMI[/abc] 2.1 compatibility, and still an [abc]LCD[/abc] screen rather than [abc]Oled[/abc], in order to keep the price attractive.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to launch next year, in March or April.
