HTC Vive Focus Vision, extended reality headset

HTC Vive launches its latest extended reality headset, which like a certain rival model from Apple, features the term "Vision" in its name.

Successor to the Vive Focus 3 in the HTC Vive Focus series, the Vive Focus Vision headset includes (coincidentally?) the word "Vision" in its name. Certainly not to recall the Apple Vision Pro released this year... No no, certainly not...

HTC Vive Focus Vision with automatic interpupillary distance adjustment££££

The Vive Focus Vision presents itself as an extended reality headset, a term that encompasses all the technologies related to this type of product: virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. This standalone model for PC is equipped with automatic interpupillary distance (IPD) adjustment thanks to integrated eye tracking, allowing it to adapt to each person's visual capacity. Perfect for quickly switching from one user to another in the context of professional use for example (training in the health, defense, finance, manufacturing and other sectors), or for a leisure application such as a VR arcade. Also notable are Pass-Through cameras for precise perception of the real-world environment in mixed reality. The headset is also equipped with a sub-battery, capable of keeping the device running for up to 20 minutes during a battery change.
