Netflix has just released the first two photos from the feature film. The first gives a glimpse of Cillian Murphy's return as Thomas Shelby, while the other shows Murphy reuniting on set with series creator Steven Knight.

Filming begins more than two years after the original series' six seasons ended. The film is directed by Tom Harper from a script written by Steven Knight. Plot details are still being kept under wraps, but the film's story will follow on from the series, picking up after the events of last season and moving the action forward in time to the middle of World War II.
Rebecca Ferguson (Dune), Barry Keoghan (Saltburn) and Tim Roth (Reservoir Dogs) will be the new arrivals alongside part of the original cast of the series, without further details for the moment.
