Amazfit Active 2, the best sports watch of the moment?

Amazfit presents its latest sports smartwatch, its very first model equipped with the new Zepp OS 4.5 system.

The Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch is equipped with the new Zepp OS 4.5 system, offering several improvements including an intelligent voice assistant, or a better notification center.

Featuring a 1.32" (3.35 cm) Amoled screen with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, the Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch offers more than 160 sports modes, including advanced running training and even an evaluation of strength training exercises based on the fluidity and stability of movements.

It also features a latest-generation BioTracker 6.0 PPG optical sensor allowing measurement precision comparable to that of the Amazfit T-Rex 3 via its association with an accelerometer, a gyroscope and algorithms for heart rate and sleep. The Amazfit Active 2 also analyzes the quality of sleep and breathing, heart rate variability heart rate (HRV), resting heart rate, stress level, external body temperature, as well as physical and mental fatigue.

Also note Zepp Coach, an AI assistant that creates training programs adapted to the user's level, as well as two exclusive modes adapted to the Hyrox, a specific competition around crossfit, apparently booming. Padel is also another niche sport analyzed by the watch, if you are ever an amateur.

The autonomy climbs to around 10 days in normal use and 5 days in intensive use with sports modes. The Amazfit Active 2 is available in two versions, standard and premium. The latter is equipped with a sapphire crystal to protect the dial and an additional sports strap as well as the Zepp Pay contactless payment option. Indicative prices: €99 for the standard model, €129 for the premium model.
