You're starting to know, the iPhone 17 Air is a new model that has been the subject of a lot of rumors lately, supposed to replace the iPhone Plus this year.
iPhone 17 Air, 5.5 mm thick without the photo-video module££££
The rumors agree on the thickness of the device: less than 5.5 millimeters. But that's without taking into account the photo module, an outgrowth on the back of the device that adds a little thickness to the upper part, in the form of a horizontal band including a lens on the left and the [abc]LED[/abc] flash on the right. The dimensions associated with this part of the iPhone 17 Air were recently delivered by the Chinese "leaker" Ice Universe.
iPhone 17 Air, 9.5 mm thick at the location of the photo-video module££££
The photo module would thus measure 4 mm, increasing the total thickness to 9.5 mm at this location of the Apple smartphone. We can a priori trust the "leaker" since he had already predicted in the past the dimensions of the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. Otherwise, the screen of the iPhone 17 Air would still be a 6.6" specimen (approximately 17.8 cm), a diagonal which would be between those of the iPhone 17 and 17 Pro Max.
